Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

To secure your consultation, a non-refundable deposit of £62.10 is required.

This must be paid by 5pm, two days prior to the agreed appointment date. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Because I reserve this time specifically for you and begin preparing in advance, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or choose not to proceed with the appointment.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, I’m happy to transfer the deposit to a new appointment time, subject to availability.

Should I need to cancel the session for any reason, the deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to a new date of your choice.
